We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, pet information (names, species, breeds, health records), and account preferences. We also collect usage data to improve our service, including how you interact with the app and device information.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use secure cloud infrastructure to protect your information. All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
We Don't Sell Your Data
We never sell your personal information to third parties. Your pet's health data belongs to you. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate Pawzy (such as cloud hosting and payment processing), and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data according to the highest security standards.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. This includes all pet profiles, health records, and personal information.
